摘要:
鸟苷酸具有显著的增鲜功能、辅助抗肿瘤、提高机体免疫力以及调节机体营养代谢等作用,因而广泛应用于食品和医药领域。发酵以枯草芽孢杆菌变异菌株为出发菌株,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对发酵培养基及发酵条件对鸟苷产量的影响进行研究,结果表明,葡萄糖添加量为10%,发酵温度为36 ℃,发酵时间72 h时,鸟苷产量可达到10.6 g/L,较优化前提高了71%。
Abstract:
Guanylate is widely used in food and medicine because of its remarkable function of increasing fresh, assisting in anti-tumor, improving immunity and regulating nutrient metabolism of the body. The Bacillus subtilis variant strain is used as the starting strain for fermentation. Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of fermentation medium and fermentation conditions on the yield of guanosine are studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the additive amount of glucose is 10%, the fermentation temperature is 36 °C, the fermentation time is 72 h, the guanosine production reaches 10.6 g/L, which is 71% higher than that before optimization.
