摘要:
以甜菜干粕为原料,采用柠檬酸-纤维素酶法来提取果胶,通过单因素试验和正交实验确定了甜菜果胶的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,柠檬酸法提取果胶最佳工艺条件:料液pH1.25、温度95℃、时间4h;纤维素酶法提取果胶最佳工艺条件:酶添加量0.2%、温度40℃、时间50min、pH4.5;果胶总产率为26.79%,纯度为86%。
Abstract:
With dry sugar beet pulps as raw materials,the pectin was extracted by citric acid-cellulase method,the relevant optimum conditions were determined with single factor exprements and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the solid-liquid pH of citric acid extraction was 1.25,temperature of citric acid extraction was 95℃,time of citric acid extraction was 4h;cellulase dosage was 0.2%,temperature of cellulase extraction was 40℃,time of cellulase extraction was 50min,pH of cellulase extraction was 4.5;the total yield of pectin was 26.79%, the purity of pectin was 86%
