利用响应面分析法对百里香多糖的提取工艺进行优化,在单因素实验基础上,选取提取pH、料液比、提取时间进行三因素三水平的Box-Behnken实验,Design-Expect8.0软件进行实验数据分析,得到百里香多糖最佳提取条件,并对提取的百里香多糖进行抗氧化研究。结果显示,百里香多糖的最佳提取条件为:料液比1:40.8,提取时间为10.5min,提取pH为13.4,在此条件下百里香多糖提取率为5.45%;百里香多糖具有一定抗氧化活性。

The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Thymi herba were investigated in this study. On the basis of single factor experiments,solid/ liquid ratio, pH and extraction time were selected for a three-factor,three-lever Box-Behnken experimental design, and Design-expert 8.0 software was used to analyze the experimental data, and the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Thymi herba were obtained, and the antioxidant activity of the extracted polysaccharide was studied. The result suggested that optimal extraction condition condition were solid/ liquid ratio of 1:40.8, extraction time of 10.5 min, pH of 13.4, the polysaccharide yield of Thymi herba was 5.45%. Thyme polysaccharide had certain antioxidant activity.
