目的 建立香菇酱中5种农药残留的快速测定方法。方法 香菇酱经QuEChERS技术提取和净化,根据5种农残特征碎片离子建立气质联用条件检测,MRM模式下定量。结果 在0~1 μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,检出限0.002~0.005 mg/kg,回收率76.5~99.6%,精密度0.9~2.2%。结论 该方法操作简便、溶剂消耗少、灵敏度高,适合香菇酱中此类农药残留的检测。

Object: To establish a method for determination of Quintozene, Malathion, Chlorpyrifos, Procymidone and Fenvalerate by QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS in Lentinus edods sauce. Methods: Lentinus edods sauce was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS method using PSA and C18 as adsorbents. To evaluate the method from the recovery, precision, detection limit and actual samples respectively. Results: The results showed that the average recoveries of the five pesticides in Lentinus edods sauce ranged from 76.5%~99.6% at 0.02 mg/kg spiked levels with relative standard deviation between 1.8% to 4.6%. The limits of detection of the method were 0.002~0.005 mg/kg and for five pesticides, respectively. Conclusion: The simplicity, sensitivity and good precision of the method made it be well suitable for determination of pesticides in Lentinus edods sauce.
