可食性内包装膜具有可食性、营养性、生物可降解性、可溶性和抗氧化性等优点,随着我国方便食品和调味品加工业的快速发展,可食性内包装膜具有广泛的应用前景。本文总结了近10年来调味品可食性内包装膜制备及应用研究情况,为推动可食性内包装膜的进一步应用提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Edible inner packaging film has the advantages of edible, nutritive, biodegradable, soluble and antioxidant. With the rapid development of convenience food and condiment processing industry in China, edible inner packaging film has broad application prospects. This paper summarizes the preparation and application of edible inner packaging film for condiments in the past 10 years, and provides a theoretical reference for promoting the further application of edible inner packaging film.
