This paper lists the imperfections of domestic food microbial standards in standard formulation and inspection items, puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, analyses and summarizes the problems, and suggests that effective measures should be taken to solve the problems as soon as possible, and gradually improve the national food safety standards system in China
