摘要:
探讨八角莽草酸提取残渣中总黄酮超声辅助甲醇水二元体系最优提取工艺条件。采用单因素试验分别考察了甲醇浓度、超声时间、料液比、超声功率和超声温度等因素对八角渣黄酮得率的影响,通过Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面法分析各变量交互作用及其对黄酮得率的影响,拟合得到二次多项式预测模型。结果表明:甲醇浓度、超声时间、料液比和超声功率等显著影响总黄酮得率。响应面法优化得出提高八角渣黄酮得率的最佳超声提取工艺:甲醇浓度80%,超声时间22 min,料液比1:33,在此条件下黄酮得率为(10.02±0.13)%。
Abstract:
To investigate the optimum extraction process conditions of total flavonoids from star anise residue, the effect of methanol concentration, ultrasonic time, solid to liquid ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature on the yield of total flavonoids from star anise residue is studied by single factor experiment. Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology is employed to analyze the interaction of each variable and their effects on the yield of total flavonoids and toestablish the quadratic polynomial equation and optimum ultrasonic process conditions. The results show that all the five parameters exhibit significant effects on the yield of total flavonoids. The optimum ultrasoni cextraction conditions of total flavonoids from star anise residue are as follows: methanol concentration is 80%, ultrasonic time is 22 min and solid to liquid ratio is 1:33. Under such optimized ultrasonic extraction conditions, the yield of total flavonoids from star anise residue is(10.02±0.13)%.
