摘要:
目的:建立一种快速测定山葵中异硫氰酸酯含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以烯丙基异硫氰酸酯为对照品,测定249 nm处的吸光度。结果:对照品在0~80 μg/mL范围内,吸光度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9997),回归方程为Y=0.0127X-0.013,加标回收率在86.7%~98.8%之间,方法相对标准偏差为1.09%~3.33%,测得山葵中异硫氰酸酯含量为0.079%。结论:该方法简单快速、准确度高、重复性好,为进一步开发利用山葵提供了理论基础。
Abstract:
Objective: A method for the rapid quantification of isothiocyanates in Wasabi japonica Mastum is established. Methods: In this test, the content of isothiocyanates is detected by ultraviolet spectrometry, allyl isothiocyanate is regarded as the standard, and the maximum absorption wavelength is at 249 nm. Results: The good linearity between concentration and absorbance of the standard is within the range of 0~80 μg/mL with a relativity coefficient of 0.9997, the linear regression equation is: Y=0.0127 X-0.013. The recovery rate is 86.7%~98.8% and the relative standard deviation is 1.09%~3.33%, the isothiocyanates content in Wasabi japonica Mastum is 0.079%. Conclusions: The method is simple and fast, has high accuracy and good repeatability, and it has provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Wasabi japonica Mastum.
