Abstract:
Yeast Extract is a natural food supplement with many natural and nutritional benefits. Its main function is to act as a freshening or flavor enhancer and is widely used in many foods and condiments. This paper introduces the definition of yeast extract, extraction process, as well as in various industries in food applications.
