贵州不同地区、品种间留兰香精油成分比较-《中国调味品》

Title:: Comparison of Peppermint Essential oil Composition of Different Regions and Varieties of Spearmint in Guizhou

摘要:: 本研究主要针对贵州地区（花溪区、兴义市、毕节威宁、黔西南州和遵义市）的留兰香精油进行比较分析，同时针对不同品种间——野生薄荷、留兰香、小叶留兰香和圆叶留兰香进行比较。水蒸气提取法法对不同样品进行精油提取，再利用GC/MS技术分析其精油含量及组分。结论：留兰香品种在不同地区间精油含量比较：遵义道真>花溪区>黔西南州>毕节威宁>兴义市；不同品种间含量比较：野生薄荷>留兰香>小叶留兰香>圆叶留兰香。8种精油样品经分析共得到85种物质；不同地区中黔西南和遵义地区与其他地区差异较大，花溪区、兴义市、毕节威宁地区该品种精油组分的相似度很高，均以香芹酮为主，含量分别高达66.28%、53.29%和53.49%，黔西南州和遵义市则以香芹醇和薄荷脑为主含量分别为55.56%和60.89%。小叶留兰香和圆叶留兰香与花溪等地区相似，主要成分也是香芹酮，含量分别为76.67%和30.81%。

Abstract:: Mentha is one of the most widely used plant of aromatic crops. In this paper spearmint, one of mentha, samples were collected from different regions (Huaxi, Xingyi, Bijie, Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture(GuiSouthwest for short) and Zunyi) of Guizhou, to find the similarities and differences of their essential oils. And find similarities and differences of wild mint, spearmint, spearmint with little leaves and spearmint with round leaves. Essential oils were extracted with steam distillation, and analyzed with GC-MS. Results: firstly, the Comparison of essential oil content with different regions was Zunyi >Huaxi> GuiSouthwest > Bijie > Xingyi; Secondly, the Comparison of essential oil content with different varieties was wild mint > spearmint> spearmint with little leaves> spearmint with round leaves; Thirdly, there are 85 components were detected in these samples. In the respect of component concentration, samples of GuiSouthwest and Zunyi are obvious different with the others. The essential oils show a high similarity of Huaxi, Xingyi and Bijie with the high carvone content, which were 66.28%、53.29% and 53.49%, respectively. The dominant element of essential oils of GuiSouthwest and Zunyi are carveol and menthol with 55.56%和60.89%。Pearmint with little leaves and spearmint with round leaves are similar with Huaxi with carvone as the dominant element for 76.67% and 30.81%.
