以提取率为指标,对超声波萃取香根油的影响因素进行研究。在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验,通过GC-MS对香根油进行了成分分析,并进行了抑菌试验。min,香根油提取率5.98%;共鉴定出24种化合物,占总萃取物的35.77%;香根油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、高地芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract:
Using the yeild of vetiveria oil as index, the influential factors of ultrasonic assisted organic solvent extraction was studied. Based on the single factor experiment, the Orthogonal experiment was carried out, and the optimal technological condition were: ethanol was the extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid was 30:1, the particle size was 100 mesh,the ultrasonic time was 20 min,the yield of the vetiver oil was 5.98 %.The chemical composition of the vetiveria oil was analyzed by GC-MS. 24 compounds which accounted for 35.77% of the total extract were identified. The test of against Colibacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Baclicus lincheniformis and Bacillus altitudiniswas showed that vetiveria oil could inhibit bacterial growth with antimicrobial capacity.
